Troubles with Amarok.

hi people !
I can't use amarok, because the songs do not play properly. They end immeditely after i started them. I've installed all the pakages i need after changing to the 6th version of ubuntu. I also installed the xine engine, but it simply doesnt work. It always says "play list finished"
Other mp3 player work exellent, but i really love amarok
What can i do ?

Your english is fine, much better than plenty of native speakers.

Try:

sudo apt-get install amarok-engines

Then, go to Settings -> Configure Amarok -> Engine
Select xine as the sound system.
Select alsa as the output plugin
