Can you post your /etc/apt/sources.list file ?

Like antidrugue said, post your sources.list. It appears to be that you added some extra beep-media-player repos that are causing the problem. You could try removing those first.

    Remove the following line:
    Code:
    deb-src http://files.beep-media-player.org/packages/ubuntu dapper main universe
Then, make sure to change your dapper entries to edgy and you should be set.

    Exactly like bryansmith says.

It seems Beep Media Player's site simply doesn't provide a repository for Dapper. If you follow the link you gave us you can see it :
    http://files.beep-media-player.org/p.../ubuntu/dists/

    Only Edgy is covered.

Change all instances of dapper to edgy in your sources.list. This will work for the official ubuntu sources and the automatix repo (I checked).

Once you have done that, simply type:
    Code:
    apt-get update
    apt-get dist-upgrade

The file /etc/apt/sources.list is the key to all update manager programs and package management tools.

If you want to follow Edgy then necessarely it must point to edgy.
