    Corrupted package

I tryed to install skype but it gave me an error. i tryed to install it again but it said that i have another application running, since i didn't have any i tryed to go in terminal and remove skype using apt-get but at every command i put into apt-get i get:
E: The package skype needs to be reinstalled, but I can't find an archive for it.
E: Internal error opening cache (1). Please report.

Synaptic gives me the same error, the default add/remove doesn't have skype in that list.

So basically i can't install anything using apt-get/Synaptic or reinstall sype.

Is there a way to manually delete skype?
