    ntfs-3g problem

Hi, i followed the guide here and set up two of my NTFS partitions sucessfully.

    http://www.ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=217009

However i have a third which wont work, I have checked the names and all is correct, and i have made the directory and edited the file.

I have no idea why it will not work, apart from mabe the driver only working with two partitions?

    Thanks!

i assume that you added entries of NTFS partitions in /etc/fstab file to mount these partitions at boot up. check the output of 'dmesg | less', search for 'error' message and post it here. post the output of 'fdisk -l' too.

Well this is going to sound slightly retarded but i realised i deleted the partition i was talking about (long story)

However i was still trying to mount a drive which was listed by that command you mentioned, but it does not actually really matter now!!!!
