download/install Automatix. install 'Non-Free Audio/Video codecs through it.
if you want to install codecs manually, check Ubuntu Restricted Formats.

Sorry if it sounds like I'm putting a dampener on things but to be honest without an internet connection you may struggle to get some of those apps/libraries on the Restrict Formats page installed as many of them need other packages to be able to run (which would automatically be downloaded if you had an internet connection).

For example the package libxine-extracodecs requires:
    libc6
    libmad0
    zlib1g
    locales
    belocs-locales-bin
    tzdata

in order to work so you'd have to download those manually too.

But in a nutshell if you installed the following 3 thing most audio/video should work:
    libxine-extracodecs
    totem-xine
    w32codecs (get from http://www.debian-multimedia.org/poo...2-0.0_i386.deb)

but like I say, you'll need many dependancies to get them to work. Sorry
