    Angry i cant get that little green light of glory


    i followed every how to i can find and i still cant get my wifi card to activate. i've downloaded three different drivers and was able to successfully install one of them. i used
    Code:
    ndiswrapper -l
    to see if my driver was installed and it said "driver present, hardware present". now i'm stuck i dont know where to turn next can u guys plz help me

    What kind of laptop? What kind of wireless card? Which version of Ubuntu?
    Two levels higher than a newb.
    (I can search google)

    not a laptop
    a linksys WMP54G v4
    Ubuntu 6.06 Draper


    funny thing though, i switched my card from one pci slot to another and it works now.

    thats weird thanx for entertaining my thread i might just post about a ati graphics card in a sec though.
