Cool How to change terminal resolution w/o being root ?

Hi, is there a way to change a terminal resolution without being an admin root? The only way I know is by editing menu.lst in grub directory, but I don't have root privilege in my job.

    Thank you in advance

Since the root account is disabled by default in Ubuntu, maybe you can use sudo to edit it:

    sudo <command>

    ...enter user password when requested.

I know that. What I meant was: is there any way to change the terminal resolution w/o needing a root password?
