I know that you can read the smbios information through dmidecode, lshw and hardinfo. HOwever, my smbios is corrupt, and produces wrong information. Is there a command to probe the hardware?

Hi and welcome
No, there isnt.
If the source of the information is corrupted, then any tool will just report this false data.
Maybe bios/firmware updates will help.
