Hello Guys I would like to know Something
I am using ubuntu 12.04 and I want to know a few things..
1) I want to install an interface like a web browser ..this interface I want to to join an internet website only
2) I want to make choice of unity Or this interface

Tbh, I also have problems understanding what you want.
Fwiw, this Webconverger is a specialized distribution and offers a kiosk mode.
That means it boots into a browser and a regular user (without access to the hardware) cannot leave that.
So it doesnt run on ubuntu, it is rather a own OS.
But it is "like a web browser", because.. it is a web browser :)
Be aware though, that only the basic version of webconverger is free of charge.

Most linux apps are open source, so you can take a look at the code of whatever gui app you like and then copy it or change it as desired as long as you abide by the license that is included with it.Quote:
