Install Directx to wine

Hi all,

I have installed age of empires I with wine. I had read that wine had directx 9 inside.

But Age I says that I need to install Directx, what do I have to do?

You don't...

You don't need to do anything. Just install AOE because wine has the DirectX api intergrated into it or rather parts of it. Just install it and bask in all it's linuxy glory.

And then why did the installor ask me to install Directx 5.0??

Also I executed aoe from the setup menu, where I should open aoe from???
