I'm trying to use a windows perogram under wine and the fonts make it all but impossible to read. Can someone tell me how to change the fonts to something more readable? Thnx.

Use MS Core Fonts
Install the MS Core fonts packages.
Here's one way to install the most important two:
download http://kegel.com/wine/winetricks into your home directory
In a terminal, type
sh winetricks corefonts
