Help WINE ON ASUS Eee PC 701

I found terminal! I downloaded a VBA emulator for linux.. how to install it?
Also what must i do now to run wine? (i have the terminal window open)

i did all this till here...

For Debian Etch (4.0):
sudo wget http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/apt/...st.d/etch.list -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/winehq.list

Then update APT's package information by running 'sudo apt-get update'.

i still have terminal open.. it did everything right! now what should i do?
