[SOLVED] Evil program - usb drive
I was given this evil program that runs off a usb drive, and somehow doesn't run if it's not on a usb drive.
If you take it off and run from the hard drive you see this message:
Run-time error '76': Path not found
You can however move it from one usb drive to another just fine. (every if the letter drive is different)
but if you run it with wine (on or off a usb drive ) the error message pops up.
So doesn't anyone know how I can trick this program into running in linux?
Much thanks in advance.
Edit: the program was written in visual basic if that matters

If you haven't done yet, try to use winecfg to assing a drive letter to the mount point for your program. I don't know if that will make any difference at all but you can try.
