installing wine on kubuntu 7.10 LIUNIX!

I have kubutu 7.10 and would like to know how to install the wine software or progam w/o goin online to get it because my computer can't cennect to the inernet right now because it use a wireless card (PCI) which has only windows drivers and software that I know of it is a Trendnet card

any help will be great!!!

PS:

can wine use or install DVD burners becasue I have two in my computer that I have installed linux on (DESKTOP COMPUTER)

and both are DL (Dual Layer) Buner

and one is a lightsribe burner

also have a floppy drive (3 1/2) too

K3b in Kubuntu should be able to handle your burning needs with your burners. It should already be installed and you can access it through your menu.
