[SOLVED] Wine: Windowed Mode

I'm using Pc LinuxOS 2007, so how do I emulate Bryce 5 in Windowed Mode?

Simply put, I have to put in the Serial Code right at the Splash Screen for the first time using it, but I can't see the thing or the tool bars, if they were there in the first place.

To run wine in windowed mode:
1.)
$ winecfg

2.) Then go to the "Graphics" tab

3.) Check the "Emulate a virtual desktop" box.

4.) Then put in the emulated desktop dimensions you want to use

5.) Apply and click OK to exit winecfg

The next time you run wine it will be contained inside of a window of the dimensions that you specified.

Please note that you cannot specify a virtual desktop for just one program. If you want to switch back and forth for different programs you will have to run winecfg first to change it back.

I hope that helps, good luck!
