    updating

    This is proberly a really nooby question but how do u update wine?

    right now im running wine-20040831 and i want to upgrade to wine-20040914
    when i try to install it, it sais theres conflicts with wine-20040831

    im runing fedora core 2

    You probably have to uninstall the first wine. Go to the source dir from the first wine and do a:

    Code:
    su -c "make uninstall"
    That should do it for ya.
