Does anyone know of an easy to follow tutorial to install WINE and then to install Football Manager please. Thanks

To install wine just use the package manager of your distribution, whatever that is.
To install football manager you should just need to run "wine setup.exe" or something similar on the directory/disk where the installation files for football manager reside.
However, check the wine application database. I haven't tried it personally but they have:
