Manga Studio EX 3.0 issues

Hopefully there are other people who use this program who can help me...

When I try to use Manga Studio, there are issues with the Layer Properties palette. When it loads up, it'll only show down to the ruler settings. The bigger issue is, If I try to add any text or tone and it tries to go back to the main Layer Properties tab, the whole program will crash. Even if there isn't a way to fix this, has anyone figured out a way around it?

I'm running Ubuntu 8.04 and have the latest version of Wine.

I have no clue, but being a graphics program, I assume performance is not a major issue. With that in mind, have you tried to run it in a vbox VM under ReactOS (or whatever Windoze OS you may have a license to run)?

I hadn't thought about doing it... I'll try it out and post about it here. I've come across too many forums asking about this specific issue that had no solution posted.
