IE for wine
I am trying to find out how I might be able to use a browser that will let me copy formatted content into a word processor (OpenOffice or MS Word) without losing the formatting. I routinely use Mozilla Firefox and when I need to copy formatted information I resort to IE to get the formatting (being lazy and all). So since my home system is Linux only I need to find a solution to my problem.
Any suggestions will be appreciated accordingly.

I don't quite get why you want to use IE. Just because you can copy formatting??
Anyway, check this thread about IE 8, especially Post #13
I am not sure if copying works properly, though. Just try it.
Also, forum search and google help. There have been a lot of people trying to get IE work with Linux.
