Steam CS1.6 with Wine

Hello everyone ,


I have installed steam using wine but when I join any server everything just stops the moment I enter. I suppose it has something to do with my gecko.

Before I updated my gecko I used to get the following problems in my game .

1 : sad fps 35 - 65
2 : sound delay i.e i used to get the sound after 2- 3 secs of the event.

I installed alsa for wine still I get this sound problem.

Can someone please help me out with this. And btw I am using Fedora 14 with no graphics card loaded in my system.

Can I ever run CS smoothly in my linux system?

You really need steam, because CS 1.6 standalone works perfect!
