windows program is using cvs and cannot log in
I have work environment in my job which provides executable file. It uses cvs by cvs library of some sort. With executable file .dll file is provided (cvs.dll).
Whenever I am trying to use that executable via wine I got message:
CVS credentials for host "WORKHOST" were rejected".
Credentials were provided for the program as in windows.
I know that dll file is used, because if I remove it from current directory then there is a message displayed.
I have WORKHOST defined in /etc/hosts file and even I created one in ~/.wine/c_direcotry/windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts
I do not know why this keeps happening and why I cannot use that executable via wine.
Any ideas how to make program run under linux OS system?

- I can be found either 40 miles west of Chicago, or in a galaxy far, far away.
Not all Windows applications work with Wine on Linux. You might be able to get it to work after a lot of futzing around, but my advice is to run Windows in a VM and run it as normal there.Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
