MS Money 2000 and Wine...
I was wanting to use MS Money 2000 in linux (under wine). I went to do an install from CD, but the program needed IE 5 or later to run. It tried to install that from the CD, but it was unsuccessful.
So, does this mean I am going to have to install some version of IE first and then try to install MS Money?
Just looking for a little direction. Thanks!

AFAIK MS Money doesn't work in Wine or Crossover.
Crossover's database says 2002 doesn't work and I know 2005 doesn't work so I wouldn't expect 2000 to work methinks.
For what it's worth Quicken 2004 works 100% under Crossover.

Thanks for the info. I guess I really should have looked that up myself, huh? If that is the case, where do I find a list of apps that do work (if such a thing exists)?
You referenced a Crossover database. Any additional info is helpful and again, thanks!
