To be honest, I think your best bet for ms programs is CodeWeavers Crossover, which costs money, it's a improved version of wine which runs tons more programs than the orginal wine.

I was able to successfully get real rhapsody working under linux. I've published what I did on my website here: http://www.amishgeek.com/info/rhapsody

Rhapsody works on recent versions of the open source Wine at http://www.winehq.org. Crossover Office will not run Rhapsody, not even the recently released 4.2. Hopefully they will integrate the fixes made to the open source version of Wine in 5.0. In the meantime, I have been working on contributing code to fix the problems with running Rhapsody on Wine.
I maintain a HOWTO that I keep up to date with the current status of Rhapsody on both Crossover Office and open source Wine. The Rhapsody on Linux page is at http://www.warpedview.com/rhapsody-on-linux/ .
Hope that will help you out!
