photoshop alt key
I'am running under fedora and Gnome.
Photoshop successfully installed and work well but the "ALT" key which is a fonctionnality of photoshop is used too in Gnome to shifting a window.
The question is: How to work the "ALT" key in photoshop with Wine ???

linux is great you can change key usage

in ubuntu (gnome), go to System>Preferences>Windows and select the super key (or windows key) as the default for moving windows,,,then when cloning, use Super(Windows) + Alt + Click,,,that should do the trick...

Better window managers can disable specific key bindings for specific windows. Unfortunately, metacity (which is the gnome wm) is not amongst them. It's as limited as a wm can get.
So, you can do what someone said above, and change the mod key you are using from alt to the win key, or you can change your wm which will be probably more traumatic.
