Just double-click on the .exe. Wine should automatically run if it's installed.

I tried, it didn't work. I saw wine appear on the bottom panel for a moment, but nothing opened. I tried wine notepad in console to make sure that it works, and it did, so I know that it's installed.

The 9.1 documentation said that they tested Office all the way through and that it runs fluidly

open a term and type
where programname.exe is the name of the windows programCode:wine programname.exe
