Everytime I try to play a game it says there is no disk
Every time i try running a setup.exe in wine, it installs it, then when I try to play it, it says there is no disk even though there is. Then, when i press cancel to cancel the message, it messes up my desktop and I have to move things around to get it back to normal. What could be wrong?

Use winecfg to tell wine that drive D: is your cdrom (see the 'Drives' tab). Make sure the CD is mounted before you start playing the game.
