winehq.com? Huh, I didn't know there was such a thing. I go to winehq.org any time I hear of a new wine release, and it's been working fine. At the moment, they both work for me, and it looks like they're the same thing.
It might be a problem with your DNS server. Can you connect to 209.32.141.3 (the winehq IP address)?Stand up and be counted as a Linux user!

I keep getting connection timed out errors for both URLs and the IP.
