i didnt get your question.......
you can't run Windows programs directly in Linux... you can use wine or cedega !!!
.... casper ....It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

Ok, to clerify I will give an example.
Say that I wanted to run powerpoint with wine. Would I have to have a windows partition with powerpoint on it?
I am assuming you do. But I wouldnt know.

You don't have to have the program on a different partition. If you want you can use them off the different partition, but you'll most likely get better results if they're on your Linux partition. You'd probably just want to drag and drop them. Have fun!
