    Basically as you would in windows. Find the uninstaller for the application and run it. Because you most likely won't have an icon for it look for it in ~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/ACDsee or the relevent path. You may have something like uninstall.exe

    I have the same question.

    What do you suppose would happen if you deleted the registry entries and deleted the (for instance) Starcraft program folder?
