    error running SQLyog

    Hello,

First time posting/newbie kind of question:

I've run SQLyog on other kubuntu systems before so I know wine runs SQLyog, but on a new kubuntu system (kubuntu 6.06.1) I get this error message:

err:module:import_dll Library gdiplus.dll (which is needed by L"C:\\Program Files\\SQLyog\\SQLyog.exe") not found
err:module:LdrInitializeThunk Main exe initialization for L"C:\\Program Files\\SQLyog\\SQLyog.exe" failed, status c0000135

I used automatix to install wine.

    Anybody seen this before?

    Thanks,
    - Joe

    gdiplus.dll

I had this same problem... I did a find on the mounted ntfs filesystem, found the file (which for me was part of the tortoiseSVN package), copied it to the local folder where I was trying to run sqlyog (via wine).. and it voila!.. I couldn't believe it came up... outstanding... I have been told that that gdiplus.dll is delivered in the .net framework..

    Hope this helps..

    Monty
