    winecfg tool is useless

    is there anyway of fixing this without reinstalling a different version of wine?
    if not please tell me cos i don't want to go down a level and lose compatability.

    you could download and install winesetuptk... should be able to find it somewhere on htp://www.winehq.org
    Their code will be beautiful, even if their desks are buried in 3 feet of crap. - esr

    download the latest wine from sourceforge. it hasa nice little setup utility called 'winesetup'. can configure wine well
    I\'m just a simple fisherman blessed with a lot of friends
