    need help running coolsat loader?

I am not sure if anyone here is familiar with free to air satellites or if discussing them here is appropriate. If it's not then I apolegize.
I use CoolSat Pro Loader v.2.4 and I can not seem to get it working on wine. It is not an installer file, but one of those .exe programs thats just pop and are ready to use if you know what I am saying.
Can anyone help me with this?

BTW if anyone wants a copy of the program so they can give it a try on their wine app then private message me and I can email them it.

This is probably the only program I need windows for.

    thanks in advance.

As of the date on this post, The Coolsat Pro Loader runs under wine version 1.1.4 under Mandriva 2009. Hardware is a Sony VAIO PCG-V505ECP Laptop using a generic USB to Serial converter cable as I do not have the laptop dock.
