World of Warcraft

ok so i am trying to get wow to work with wine, i have unbuntu 7.04.
I have went through almost all guides i can find and just can not get this right.
i go through and do the download packs and do the sudo apt-get install wine,
it goes through and installs but then nothing, now the guide The Digital Ninja » How to install World Of Warcraft on Linux said to put the wow folder i copyed from my other hard drive in the ~/.wine/drive_c/ or something, i can not find any install directorys of wine no traces of it, im just so lost.
Could someone please help me
