Which version?
Which version of Wine? Which version of Filemaker?
See also Wine Application DB - Viewing App- FileMaker Pro Version - 8.0
which suggests copying the CD to disk and running the
installer there.
The "Change username in foo.reg" message can be
ignored, just enter your name there.

I have "FileMaker Pro 6 already running on Linux Mint on second partition.

Install Debian Etch and installed wine with apt, then installed FileMaker Pro 6 without any problems. Thanks
