Driver problem

i m using fedora8. And i m new user

Its my mother-board configuration..........INTEL-DESKTOP-BOA... D101GGC.
And its my current time video driver (ATI Radeon RC410 Radeon X200) enabled by fedora8.
And ATI Radeon RC410 Radeon X200 is not support of 3d effects?
