Skype

Installed skype using wine, it starts but in 2 second error appears.

System error code. 1814
resource name not found

Any help would be nice :3

You do realise Skype is available for Linux?

Looks like it's a bug in Wine I'm afraid: WineHQ Bugzilla – Bug 13985 – Skype 4 crashes

Note the post that says "I installed it under a native windows and moved the files over to wine." This may work for you
