somebody say that i should run it in winex/cedega .

You might want to check the Wine Apps Database to see if others have reported your game and version to be compatible with Wine:

Have you checked the documentation for using Wine that is found at their website?

If so, what steps have you taken to run your game with Wine, what errors are you getting, etc?
at this website (wine app databse) the Mafia 1 or even 2 wasent compatible with wine .
