problems on fedora 7 wireless devices

I am having problems with activating my wireless card on my HP Compaq Presario V3000. Here are the error messages i get when i am tailing /var/log/messages.
Aug 22 20:38:55 localhost NetworkManager: <WARN> nm_device_802_11_wireless_scan(): could not trigger wireless scan on device eth1: Network is down
Aug 22 20:40:55 localhost kernel: bcm43xx-phy0 ERROR: PCM "bcm43xx_pcm5.fw" not available or load failed.
Aug 22 20:40:55 localhost firmware_helper[4325]: Loading of /lib/firmware/bcm43xx_pcm5.fw for bcm43xx_mac80211 driver failed: No such file or directory

Here's my pci
Broadcom Corporation Dell Wireless 1390 WLAN Mini-PCI Card (rev 01).

I already tried updating the kernel still i got the same error again and again.

My suggestion with broadcom is to disable the in-built module and use ndiswrapper and Windows drivers. In my pc this configuration works flawlessly.
