Suse Linux as Radius

Hi All,

I am very new to Linux.
I am currently working on Suse linux and I want to configure it as Radius Server for my Windows client(802.11 a/b/g wireless card).
The Authentication method which I am using is EAP-TLS.
Since I don't know how to configure linux as radius server so I unable to proceed further.I need following solutions:

1) How to configure Linux as a Radius server.
2) How to create CA(certificate authority) and how to generate digital certificates for windows based client.
3) How to configure Share Secret between Access point and Radius Server in radius server.

I need procedures for above mentioned points.
Can anybody help me in this regards?

Thanks & Regards,
Govind.
