Airlink 101

I am trying to get the airlink 101 (Driver: zd1211rw) wireless USB card to work in Gentoo (The minimal CD). At first I thought the drivers weren't included in the kernel, which would be really weird since they started including it, but if I unplug the card, and plug it back in, I get a bunch of errors. I didn't write id down XD, but it is along the lines of:

"Driver zd1211 could not load firmware error -2
Firmware not found error -2
Some other line error -2"

So, it apparently needs the firmware! I have the firmware though, but I don't know how to put it onto the disc image. Please help, and thank you.
