OK, here is the needed info:
It doesn't identify the chipset, but a Google of 07d1:3c03 tells me it is the rt73 chipset. That would use the rt2x00 driver module. but when I boot with kernel desktop 2.6.22.18-1 while DLink USB DWL-G122 Wireless is Plugged on; it halt and died (not response)
Suggest me please.

Since I don't see the module being loaded, you could first try and load it with the modprobe command. I'm not sure of the exact module, but you can try both rt2x00 and the rt73. I would read through the instructions on the web site. Maybe even download and install the latest version.
