More info about the PC and wireless brand would be helpful for finding a WinXP driver for it to use.

For a WinXP driver that you can use with NDISwrapper, go to this site:
NDISwrapper

There are several cards that are listed as having the PCI ID 14e4:4318. Go to the links that are posted for the drivers that they used. One of them should work for you.

After installing the driver with NDISwrapper enter this command to check it:
