For a WinXP driver that you can use with NDISwrapper, go to this site:
NDISwrapper
There are several cards that are listed as having the PCI ID 14e4:4318. Go to the links that are posted for the drivers that they used. One of them should work for you.
After installing the driver with NDISwrapper enter this command to check it:
Code:ndiswrapper -l
