Join Date: Oct 2007 Posts: 1	virtualwifi aka connecting to multiple wifi networks with a single wifi card Hi folks, Does anyone of you know whether the functionalities of the VirtualWifi project (research.microsoft.com/netres/projects/virtualwifi/) are available in Linux or not? This tool mutliplies the existing wifi card and enables simultaneous connection to multiple wifi networks. I have tried to create a virtual interface with ifconfig (wlan0:0) but when I tried to assign essid to this new interface the parent interface (wlan0) was reseted as well. Thanks. T.
