Back Track 3 Freezes.......

hey all....just had a quick issue..

when running "aireplay-ng" in backtrack when it sends the deauth's to the router it tends to freeze up and not work at that point...but airodump works and i can see the networks and such....

my wireless card is "Intel(R) Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN"...

is there a way to fix this freezing issue so i can continue my work?

also whats the best wireless card to use for this kind of stuff? because i could just go get a usb wireless adapter if thats the case... thanks in advanced.

The intel pro wireless 4965 is not yet supported in aireplay and cannot inject packets. I had that exact same problem for some time.

I could get the card into monitor mode but couldnt inject, so that really limited my options...

I bought a USB adapter for like, 15$, and it works pretty well apart from the heat, its a TP-Link TL-WN321G
