Suggestions for a wireless nic needed...

I'm hoping that someone can recommend a wireless b/g card or usb adapter that will work with CentOS 5 64 bit. I have tried the Zonet ZEW1602 with ndiswrapper and no joy. I was able to get the OS to recognize the card but no matter how much tweaking of configuration files I did, I was never able to ping the gateway. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

If you can find one with an Intel or Atheros chipset there's a good chance it will work. Intel actually releases Linux drivers for their wireless cards, but I'm not sure if they sell them discretely (rather than just onboard chips for motherboards).

When using NDISwrapper on a 64-bit operating system, you need to use 64-bit Windows drivers.
