Wireless connection drops after using any p2p app

my wireless connection works well for surfing internet and download even large files(4G) but when ever i use p2p like bitorrent it will work for 5min-2hours then drop. sometimes it will disconnect, and sometimes(rare) it will not disconnect but i have no connectivity
some times i can reconnect(usually only one time) then after it repeats i must restart NetworkManager witch works about 25% off the time after repeatedly restarting it. Restarting the computer works almost 95% of the time sometimes i must restart twice i have never needed to restart more then that.
i am running debian lenny on a amd64 X2 i use networkmanager my wifi driver is rtl8187 and using a the onbord wifi card that came with my 'Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe Wireless Edition' motherbord
