sudo /usr/sbin/install_bcm43xx_firmware
BUT, it requires the b43 driver module, which I don't see loaded. What I do see is NDISwrapper loading, so you must have followed some NDISwrapper instructions that told you to blacklist the b43 module.
I recommend uninstalling NDISwrapper, removing b43 from the blacklist file and add ndiswrapper to it instead, and install the firmware with the above command.
You then should configure it in YaST as a new network card.

You may need to provide the IP address of the router. There should be a place in the YaST network configuration for that, most likely it is called the Default Gateway.
