wirless Huawei mobile broadband(reliance) for centos

Hai everyone,
I have wireless cdma Huawei mobile broadband(reliance).i couldn't install in centos..
I using wvdial configuration but i throw the following error

root#wvdial

-->Modem is not initialized

How to configure linux (centos),please any one help me

An easy way to connect with a mobile broadband connection is to use the NetwokManager daemon. Unfortunately, this is not available in RHEL or it's clone CentOS. If you really need this connection, but want to use a Red Hat type distro, then use Fedora.
