    wusb54gc not working...

    i am very new to linux and am trying to get my wireless usb device working.
    WUSB54GC.

    I am using the VMware Player and can view that the removable device is active but when I try to find the interface/chipset/driver by entering airmon-ng everything comes up blank...

    any ideas?
