Hello Everybody,
I just installed CentOS and is trying to make wireless work. May I request for some help regarding this concern?

Thanks in advance!

hi reed9,
It was going smoothly till I hit this bump:
Not sure what's happening. Thanks!Code:[jun@localhost ~]$ make -C /lib/modules/`uname -r`/build/ M=`pwd` make: *** /lib/modules/2.6.18-164.el5xen/build/: No such file or directory. Stop. [jun@localhost ~]$

Well, build appears to be there. Did you double check that you entered the command correctly?
- 01-26-2010 #7
- 01-26-2010 #8I thought it was going to be short and sweetCode:

. Man! This is more complicated than Fedora, in my opinion. Please help me analyze. Would really appreciate it.
Thanks!

I would say the trouble is because your kernel headers do not match your current kernel. The headers that you have installed are thus:
kernel-headers-2.6.18-164.11.1.el5.i386
The uname -r command seems to bring up this:
2.6.18-164.11.1.el5xen
You are running a xen kernel. Try installing the headers, specifying the version.
If you are not going to run virtualization, you can just install a regular kernel.Code:yum install kernel-headers-2.6.18-164.11.1.el5xen
